Resetting the Citrix Files App

Follow the instructions below to reset the Citrix Files App:

 

  1. Right-click on the Citrix Files App in the system tray (bottom right-hand corner)
  2. Select 'Settings'
  3. Click the 'Reset' link 
  4. Once the reset has been completed, ShareFile will ask you to log back in
  5. Enter 'JSCO' for the account subdomain and click 'Continue'
  6. Enter your Email and Password to reactivate Citrix Files
