Follow the instructions below to reset the Citrix Files App:
- Right-click on the Citrix Files App in the system tray (bottom right-hand corner)
- Select 'Settings'
- Click the 'Reset' link
- Once the reset has been completed, ShareFile will ask you to log back in
- Enter 'JSCO' for the account subdomain and click 'Continue'
- Enter your Email and Password to reactivate Citrix Files
