CHANGE WIRELESS NUMBER IN AT&T Premier

The need to change the wireless telephone number may arise when a user is receiving:

  • A significant number of SPAM calls
  • A substantial number of SPAM texts

 

  1. Login to AT&T BUSINESS PREMIER – business.att.com
    1. Select ‘LOGIN’ from top menu
    2. Select ‘PREMIER’ from the dropdown menu
  2. From the ‘I WANT TO’ drop down, select ‘CHANGE WIRELESS NUMBER.’
  3. Select ‘WIRELESS NUMBER’ in the LOOKUP TYPE dropdown
  4. Enter the 10-digit phone number in the SEARCH FOR field
  5. Confirm WIRELESS NUMBER INFORMATION
  6. Select the PREFERRED AREA CODE and click CONTINUE
  7. Verify the information on the screen and click the ‘SUBMIT’ button
  8. AT&T will process the number change and display the OLD NUMBER and the NEW NUMBER information
  9. Cut and Paste the OLD NUMBER and the NEW NUMBER information into the Help Desk Ticket when replying to the user
