The need to change the wireless telephone number may arise when a user is receiving:
- A significant number of SPAM calls
- A substantial number of SPAM texts
- Login to AT&T BUSINESS PREMIER – business.att.com
- Select ‘LOGIN’ from top menu
- Select ‘PREMIER’ from the dropdown menu
- From the ‘I WANT TO’ drop down, select ‘CHANGE WIRELESS NUMBER.’
- Select ‘WIRELESS NUMBER’ in the LOOKUP TYPE dropdown
- Enter the 10-digit phone number in the SEARCH FOR field
- Confirm WIRELESS NUMBER INFORMATION
- Select the PREFERRED AREA CODE and click CONTINUE
- Verify the information on the screen and click the ‘SUBMIT’ button
- AT&T will process the number change and display the OLD NUMBER and the NEW NUMBER information
- Cut and Paste the OLD NUMBER and the NEW NUMBER information into the Help Desk Ticket when replying to the user
