NEW PHONE ORDER FOR NEW EMPLOYEE - Procedures

Order New Phone for a New Employee

 

  1. If a new phone is requested for a new position, please ensure a phone has never been issued for the for this position at this property – that it is in fact a new phone request.
  2. Once the above is confirmed, request that the Regional Manager provide the following information to phonesupport@jsco.net
  • Property ID (Site ID)
  • Property Name
  • Property Regional Office (SF,LA,SAC,SB)
  • Property Shipping Address
  • Staff Name
  • Staff Clock Number
  1. Forward the information to AT&T (Raul Muneton, rx3628@att.com) to place the order
  2. Notify the requestor to reach out to phonesupport@jsco.net if the phone is received withing 5 business days of the order.
