Please follow the instructions below to add a OneDrive Shortcut to a SharePoint shared folder.
- Please click on the link provided in the migration notification email from JSCO IT Department
- If necessary, use your email address and password to log in
- Same as your email authentication
- Move your mouse over (DO NOT CLICK) the SHARED FOLDER folder
- Click on a folder icon – 'Add shortcut to OneDrive'
- Allow ~3-5 minutes for the shortcut to appear in your OneDrive Environment in File Manager.
- Depending on the folder size, allow some time for the full contents of the folder to be processed locally by the OneDrive Application.
- The folder will appear in File Manager under ‘OneDrive – The John Stewart Company.’
- Files can also be accessed online through the OneDrive App (outlook.com/jsco.net)
