ADD A ONEDRIVE SHORTCUT TO A SHAERPOINT SHARED FOLDER

Please follow the instructions below to add a OneDrive Shortcut to a SharePoint shared folder.

 

  1. Please click on the link provided in the migration notification email from JSCO IT Department
  2. If necessary, use your email address and password to log in
    • Same as your email authentication
  3. Move your mouse over (DO NOT CLICK) the SHARED FOLDER folder
  4. Click on a folder icon – 'Add shortcut to OneDrive'  OneDrive_Shortcut.jpg
  5. Allow ~3-5  minutes for the shortcut to appear in your OneDrive Environment in File Manager.
  6. Depending on the folder size, allow some time for the full contents of the folder to be processed locally by the OneDrive Application.
    • The folder will appear in File Manager under ‘OneDrive – The John Stewart Company.’
  7. Files can also be accessed online through the OneDrive App (outlook.com/jsco.net)
